Meet Jeff Toussaint, the force behind The Branding Shop. With over two decades in the embroidery and screen-printing world, Jeff has built a business that’s more than just threads and ink. Starting with a shop in Dallas, Jeff has since expanded his operations, including a mobile embroidery machine repair service and, most recently, custom decals to meet customer demand. We had the chance to chat with Jeff about his journey, the growth of The Branding Shop, and why he chose Stomp as his go-to for printed products.

Can you share a bit about your journey in the embroidery and screen-printing industry and how you started your business?

I have been in the embroidery and screen-printing industry since 1996. I had a shop in Dallas, TX, for 10 years. I have one business doing embroidery machine repairs all over Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. I have a second business, another embroidery shop for 8 years now and just over the past year started offering decals because of a big demand from a few customers.

What are the goals you’ve set for your company as it continues to grow?

My goals for my company are for it to continue to grow as our town is growing extremely fast. We want to offer more services and continue to be known as an important part of the growth of the local businesses. We are also hoping to increase our donations to local charitable groups in our area and try to support them as much as we can.

In your opinion, what sets your company apart from others in the industry?

Customer service. We treat people like they are our best customer whether they are ordering 1 or 1000 items. We will bend over backwards to meet a deadline or a rush job. I make sure everyone that works here knows that each customer is important to the growth of our business.
