What’s the story behind Pitt Race?
Pittsburgh International Race Complex, better known as Pitt Race, is a premier motorsports destination located just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We began as a grassroots motorsports facility and have grown into a nationally recognized complex featuring a 2.78-mile road course, karting tracks, skidpad, and event space. Our roots are grounded in a passion for racing and the regional car culture, which inspired the creation of a facility that welcomes both amateur and professional drivers. Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings to include driver training programs, corporate events, and racing series across multiple disciplines. Whether it’s a weekend autocrosser or a professional team, we provide a place to improve, compete, and connect. Our commitment to safety, education, and the overall experience has helped us build a loyal and growing community.
What goals drive the team at Pitt Race?
At Pitt Race, our goals revolve around growing motorsports participation, developing driver skillsets, and making motorsports more accessible in our region. We strive to be a destination for corporate groups and automotive manufacturers looking for a dynamic venue for training, product testing, or team-building.
