Could you share how Daydreaming Brewing Company became a part of the New Hampshire craft beer scene?
We have been part of the NH craft beer scene for the past 14 years, owning a bottle shop, then restaurant and now are part of it as a brewery. We have the privilege of getting a scholarship to travel to England and learn all things cask ale at the Great British Beer Festival. We found a love for cask ale and English style beers and that would be our niche in New Hampshire.
What are the key goals that drive your company?
We strive to create traditional English style ales that are true to style and showcase them on our traditional hand pumps. We wish to not only present cask ale properly, but encourage other NH breweries to do the same. We have made it our mission to provide education and resources to our fellow NH breweries in order to do the same with their beers.
What differentiates Daydreaming Brewing Company from its competitors?
We are willing to take an idea and run with it to the fullest extent. We are of course a business, but a cool idea that may make less financial sense but has a "wow" factor tends to direct decisions. We aren't just a place to drink beer, we are an experience with a community within the community.
