Since 2018, Marco's Top Burgers has been serving up American diner classics with a Brazillian twist! With locations in Pompano Beach and Coral Springs, not to mention a traveling food truck, Marco’s Top Burgers is elevating Brazilian cuisine along the Florida coast. We connected with co-founder Ana Paula Regis to learn more.
How Did Marcos Top Burgers Come About?
We started small with a ghost kitchen and expanded to a food truck. In 2021, during the pandemic, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location in Pompano Beach. Two years later, we opened up our second store in Coral Springs and plan to keep expanding and bringing fresh and tasty burgers to more communities!

The main goal for Marco's Top Burgers is to deliver fresh and tasty food with top-quality ingredients. The heart of a restaurant is in the food, but we also prioritize the overall customer experience by always treating our patrons with kindness.
What Makes Marco’s Top Burgers Unique?
Our product is made fresh, with high-quality ingredients. We make the burger patties in house every day, so our customers will never eat a frozen burger patty at our establishment. We also make our own house mayo. We call it Brazilian Sauce, it is a special mayonnaise recipe which has been a family recipe in Marco's family, and it definitely adds the final touch to our burgers.
