Herbal teas and medicines have been used for centuries. But in today’s ever-changing landscape of regulation and production, it's hard to know which herbal products are true to what they claim.

Shannon Carlson created Vines & Vitality to put some truth back into the natural wellness space, offering organic herbal tea blends and natural hygiene products with ingredients backed by clinical research. And some unique hand-drawn stickers (we love a good sticker!).

We’re excited to help her brand grow by printing their custom labels and custom stickers featuring whimsical artwork to match her earthy creations.

Herbal Remedies Rooted in Clinical Research

Shannon always felt drawn to plants and natural remedies, and initially started making natural deodorant for herself. After dealing with a tough life circumstance, she decided to pursue holistic medicine and obtain a Graduate Certificate in Herbal Medicine to become a credible herbalist.

Shannon gained a deeper knowledge and hands-on experience making herbal teas and infusions for class assignments. And she enjoyed sharing her creations so much that it inspired her to start her business, Vines & Vitality.

Today, Vines & Vitality offers handcrafted herbal tea blends made with 100% organic ingredients, along with homemade natural deodorant and body scrubs. The brand is built on a strong mission to provide organic, ethically sourced herbal products that promote a healthy mind and body, while providing accurate and extensive clinical research.

Shannon says her commitment to clinical research and transparency is what makes her brand stand out in the market, enabling customers to feel informed and build trust:

"I dedicate time to research everything in each product to inform consumers of every ingredient in my products. On the website, there are in-depth descriptions from credible and scholarly sources on each ingredient in the products, as well as citations to clinical studies. Health is important, so I want to make sure people know what they're putting into their bodies and show how powerful herbs and natural remedies can be!"

When we asked Shannon what’s next for Vines & Vitality, she highlighted her goals to advocate for holistic health and mental well-being and ultimately provide products that improve people's lives.

“We will continue to sell at local farmers markets and online with the hopes of becoming a successful e-commerce business, or opening up a storefront years down the line,” said Shannon. “We want to share our art and spread awareness of the amazing things herbs and natural products can do!
