Sometimes an uploaded file just isn’t sharp enough for print. When that happens, you’ll see a red warning message letting you know the image is poor quality. No worries — the upscale tool can boost the resolution so your design still looks great.
Two Ways to Upscale
- From the Warning Bar: If you see the red error message, click the Fix button right in the bar.
- From the Left Menu: You can also select your image and choose Upscale Image from the left-hand options. Both paths lead to the same result.
Reviewing the Upscale
- After upscaling, you can toggle between the original and the improved version:
- Switch back and forth to compare the two.
- Decide if you want to keep the upscaled version or stick with your original upload.
Things to Keep in Mind
Upscaling can improve sharpness, but it can’t fully replace a high-resolution file — starting with the best quality image you have is always ideal.
Use the preview toggle to make sure the upscaled version looks the way you want before moving forward.
