Bringing in your own files is one of the easiest ways to personalize a design in the Stomp design tool. Upload logos, photos, icons, or other graphics directly onto your canvas so you can build custom stickers, labels, decals, and other printed products with your own artwork.
Two Ways to Upload Your Artwork
- Drag and drop your file straight from your computer onto the canvas.
- Or, open the Images, QR, & Barcodes menu, click Upload, and select your file using the file finder.
How to Place Your Uploaded File
After uploading, you’ll see a prompt asking how you want to use the image:
- Add to Center: Places your file in the middle of the canvas. From there, you can resize, reposition, or layer it with other elements. This is the most common choice for uploaded artwork.
- Set as Background: Makes the file fill the entire canvas as a background image. This can work well for full-design photos, patterns, textures, or artwork meant to cover the full product area.
Accepted File Types
You can upload the following formats: PNG, JPG, TIFF, SVG, PDF, and HEIC.
PNG is useful for logos with transparent backgrounds. SVG and PDF work well for vector-based artwork. TIFF, JPG, and HEIC are commonly used for photos and other image-based files.
Things to Keep in Mind
Larger, high-resolution files usually give you the cleanest starting point for print. If your file looks oversized after upload, don’t worry. You can scale it down once it’s on the canvas.
Before ordering, check that important details like logos, small text, thin lines, and photo edges still look clear in your design.
