Cropping lets you trim down an image so only the part you want shows on your canvas. Itβs a quick way to cut out extra space and keep the focus on the important details.
How to Crop
- Select your image on the canvas.
- Choose the Crop option from the editing toolbar.
- A crop box will appear around your image.
Adjusting the Crop
- Select your image on the canvas.
- Choose the Crop option from the editing toolbar.
- Once again, drag the edges or corners of the crop box to fine-tune the area you want to keep.Β
- You can move the entire box around if you need to reposition it before confirming.Β
Removing the Crop
- If you change your mind, you can remove the crop at any time:
- Select the cropped image.
- Once you've cropped an image, you'll now see the Remove Crop option in the tool bar. Click this to bring the full image back.
Things to Keep in Mind
Cropping is different from resizing: resizing scales the whole image, while cropping cuts part of it out. You can crop and uncrop as many times as you need until the image looks right.
