Duplicating Objects

Use Duplicate when you need another copy of an object in your design. It lets you quickly copy text, images, shapes, icons, or other elements without rebuilding them from scratch.

Duplicating is helpful when you want repeated elements to stay consistent across custom stickers, labels, decals, packaging, or other printed products.

How to Duplicate Objects

  • Select the object you want to copy.
  • Choose Duplicate.
  • Move the new copy into position.
  • Repeat as needed.

When Duplicating Is Helpful

Duplicating works well for repeating patterns, matching badges, icon sets, product labels, border elements, and layout ideas that use the same object more than once.

You can also duplicate an element when you want to test a variation while keeping the original version nearby.

Things to Keep in Mind

After duplicating an object, check that each copy is placed where you want it and spaced evenly with the rest of your design.

Before ordering, look over the full canvas to make sure there are no extra copied elements hiding behind other objects or sitting outside the main design area.
